A fine dining chef with our Indian Junction family with 7 years’ experience in progressive Indian cuisine. Uttarakhand born chef Singh set out to redefine traditional Indian food, showing at the same time the richness and refinement of our flourishing catering.

Our super talented tandoori chef, specialist in Indian-style oven known as ‘tandoor’. Enriched with 16+ years of cooking experience and expertise in tandoor recipes, Curries and Biriyanis cooking. Chef Singh is particularly experienced in creating exotic tandoor menus by using special sauces and spices with marinating methods followed by baking and cooking in tandoors.
